Ukrainian Bank Offices – Kyiv
Mira Architects redesigned a 3,780 square-meter office for banking client in Kyiv, focusing on a flexible, co-working space that fosters community building and embraces a hybrid work model.
A new trend of hybrid work and horizontal management style also came to the offices. We redesigned a 3,780 sq.m. office for a Ukrainian bank in Kyiv, focusing on creating a co-working community.
One of the main tasks was to make the space flexible and adaptable, suitable for a hybrid form of work, as well as to move away from the planning of long, faceless corridors that discourage interaction. An educational hub was integrated into the design to foster community building around the brand.
