  • Office Design for a Real Estate and Construction Company: Harmonizing Nature and Structure
The offices were designed for a leading real estate and construction company, with a focus on principles of flow, stability, belonging, connection, and harmony. These concepts were brought to life through the integration of stable natural materials like wood, metal, and glass, combined with the soft, flowing forms that shape the space.

A significant design goal was to create a continuous ceiling grid that would unify the different rooms, enhancing the sense of flow, continuity, and harmony throughout the office. This ceiling design strengthens the overall cohesion of the space, promoting a seamless transition from one area to another.

The primary design concept centered around foundational elements, merging the basics of construction with the elements of nature. The construction elements represent beginnings, foundations, and stability, while the natural elements—water, wood, fire, earth, and metal—bring in the essence of the natural world.

One of the most striking features of the space is the corten steel cladding in the central area. This creates a strong, stable material presence within the skyscraper, offering a surreal and captivating contrast between height and lightness and mass and stability. This bold design choice anchors the space and serves as a focal point, merging the themes of nature and built environment.

The design process was a personal journey, developing a concept that seamlessly integrates the spiritual and material worlds into a cohesive space. This fusion of ideas brings out the best of both realms, creating an office environment that is both grounded and inspiring.
