200 W Jackson Boulevard Spec Suite – Chicago
Huntsman Architectural Group designed a Chicago spec suite inspired by the city’s urban essence, featuring custom metal panels, a color palette reflecting the rail platforms, and curvilinear elements evoking the train tracks.
A New York-based building owner makes a significant impact in Chicago with a spec suite focused on capturing the essence of the city. Located on the second floor, the pre-built, fully furnished space is at eye level with the Brown Line train, a feature the design team fully embraced as inspiration.
In the reception area, custom metal panels mimic the intricate patterns of the station’s entrances and establish a strong urban connection. The color palette reflects the hues of Chicago’s elevated rail platforms, while curvilinear elements in flooring, soffits, and lighting echo the looping train tracks and provide a dynamic sense of movement. The thoughtful design approach results in a refined environment that feels as vibrant as its city surroundings.
