Mody Motors Offices – Hyderabad
Makespace Architects designed NM office in Hyderabad for a South Indian automobile dealership, blending mid-century elegance with industrial durability to symbolize legacy and future growth.
NM office is set in a prime location for a renowned South Indian automobile dealership, is envisioned as a family office that reflects the company’s rich legacy while fostering an environment conducive to modern business needs. With a deep-rooted history in the automobile industry, the dealership has been a significant player in the market, making this space both a symbol of its established presence and a launchpad for future growth.
The office layout is divided into two distinct zones—the executive wing and the workstation wing—separated by a central reception area. The executive wing is designed in a mid-century modern style, showcasing the brand’s sophistication and heritage. Elements like rich veneers, plush fabrics, and carefully selected furniture emphasize elegance and create a warm, inviting atmosphere for high-level meetings and client interactions. Meanwhile, the workstation wing adopts an industrial aesthetic, prioritizing durability and functionality. Exposed finishes, robust materials, and a raw, minimalist look embody the rugged demands of the workspace while ensuring a professional yet unpretentious environment. This design strikes a harmonious balance between luxury and resilience, echoing the dealership’s values of quality and integrity. By incorporating elements that highlight the brand’s storied history and current leadership, the office becomes a reflection of both the family legacy and their pioneering role in the industry.
