Confidential Tech Company Offices – Amersfoort
Bureau vandervorm redesigned a tech company’s office in Amersfoort, focusing on meeting rooms, phone booths, and a warm atmosphere by encouraging bold design choices and providing full turnkey service.
When a company sells an abstract service, the appearance of its office becomes even more important. This tech company supports healthcare organizations in making their digital work environment more secure. After the pandemic, they felt a lack of team connection and wanted to encourage more colleagues to come to the office.
To achieve this, we designed a new interior, including meeting rooms, focus areas, and phone booths. We were chosen for this project because they preferred a single partner to manage the entire process—from the initial concept to final delivery, and everything in between.
During the design process, we encouraged the tech company to step outside their comfort zone. We collaborated with their internal project teams, presenting various options and convincing them with visual renderings. Choosing darker colors, which create a warm and homely atmosphere, was initially a bold step for them. However, in the end, the team unanimously expressed their satisfaction with the outcome.
We were asked to take on this project as a full turnkey assignment. This meant completely relieving the client of all responsibilities, saving them a significant amount of time. “Bureau vandervorm guided us from design to execution, with a single point of contact ensuring smooth and clear communication,” said the project manager from the tech company.
By working closely with our designers, project managers, and subcontractors, we were able to take on all tasks and responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
