Swiss Bureau Interior Design & Build designed and built AtkinsRéalis’ new office in Dubai emphasizing wellbeing, collaboration, and knowledge sharing through innovative and biophilic workspaces.
AtkinsRéalis, relocated its headquarters to a new office in Dubai to support its ongoing business growth. We had the honour to design & build the new office, strategically located in Downtown Dubai at Emaar Square, spanning 44,000 Sqft. The design focuses on creating a work environment that goes beyond traditional office spaces, with an emphasis on promoting wellbeing, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. The office includes dedicated solo spaces for focused work, meeting rooms, breakout areas for informal discussions, an immersion room for creative development, and a “Le Café” lounge and canteen. Additionally, biophilic design elements are incorporated throughout to encourage employee engagement and connection.
