1Pru Marketing Suites – Chicago
Eastlake Studio redesigned a vibrant tech office in Chicago with a refreshed palette, cozy work pods, and natural light integration, creating a flexible, community-driven workspace reminiscent of a Chicago neighborhood hangout, by geniant.
7th Floor
It’s not every day an architect has an opportunity to revisit their work for a new generation. In 2013, we crafted a unique space for a vibrant tech company, bringing their colorful brand to life. A decade later, we’ve revisited the design, transforming it to serve a broader audience and a more flexible way of working. The refreshed palette combines warm, sophisticated tones with rich textures to offer the comforts of home within an office environment. A newly opened factory loft-style window now connects the deep interior to the vibrancy of Millennium Park, creating a seamless integration of natural light and urban energy into the heart of the workspace.18th Floor
Drawing inspiration from the casual charm of ‘third spaces’—the coffee shops and clubs where creativity naturally flows—the 18th floor is designed to feel more like a Chicago neighborhood hangout than a traditional office. Warm woods, rich woven fabrics, and exposed brick pair with structural steel, creating an inviting atmosphere that balances warmth and industrial character. Small work pods are thoughtfully arranged with adjacent lounge, meeting, and display areas, bringing a cozy, intimate feel to each workspace and encouraging collaboration in a relaxed, community-driven environment.
