Confidential International Insurance Company Offices – The Netherlands
Ditt Officemakers transformed the Confidential International Insurance Company offices in The Netherlands into an inclusive and vibrant workspace, emphasizing well-being and DEI through dynamic design and a lively color palette.
This office design for an international insurance company focused on creating an inclusive and inspiring work environment for young professionals, with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) as a key pillar.
The design combined custom-made elements, such as a unique coffee bar and striking structural accents, with a fresh color palette. This palette included soft shades of orange, green, and blue, inspired by the international insurance company brand identity.
The design team translated the original dark guidelines, with lots of wood and dark brown, into a lively and energetic look, with the use of orange being particularly appreciated for its striking integration in both social and work areas. Innovative materials, including recycled stone, reinforced the modern and sustainable character of the space, although sustainability was not the client’s top priority.
Well-being was central to the design, with special attention paid to amenities such as wellness areas and comfortable social zones. The color palette played an important role in this: the soft green referred to natural elements and created a sense of balance, while orange and blue stimulated energy and focus. The office promotes both physical and mental health and supports sustainable relationships between employees and the company.
The result is a dynamic workplace that exceeded customer expectations, with positive responses to both the atmosphere and functionality. The team is proud to have transformed a traditional design style into a young, modern concept that has a lasting impact on the work culture.
The office design reflects a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and well-being. It is an inviting, inclusive space that supports and inspires employees, with a strong focus on diversity and connection.
