  • High above Chicago’s downtown core, in the iconic Two Prudential Plaza, this 25th-floor spec suite reimagines what it means to work in the sky. Showcasing an environment where architecture, light and panoramic views become one. Here, work and wellness converge.

Two distinct suites unfold across the floor, each with its own personality yet bound by a shared material language. The concept is rooted in contrast and cohesion where warm neutrals meet cool daylight and natural textures meet refined detail. Together they form a flexible environment that can operate independently or merge into one continuous workspace.

The journey begins at the center: from the moment of arrival, open sightlines draw the eye outward toward the city and Lake Michigan beyond. Private offices and meeting rooms are tucked toward the building’s core, allowing daylight to reach deep and giving every workspace a visual connection to the skyline.

Nature becomes the quiet constant. A suspended canopy of greenery defines shared spaces along the open perimeter, softening architecture and bringing warmth and depth to the workplace. Integrated planters and organic finishes introduce natural rhythm and calm, transforming the high-rise interior into a living, breathing environment.

Throughout the day, the space shifts with the light, views of the morning reflections over the lake, midday brightness animating open lounges and dusk settling softly across the horizon. The result is less about spectacle and more about atmosphere: a space that feels grounded, alive and attuned to its surroundings.

This workplace celebrates flexibility without compromise with adaptable layouts, layered textures and an ever-present dialogue between city and nature. It offers professionals more than a place to work; it offers a place to reconnect with light, landscape and with a restorative rhythm of design that embraces both people and place.
