When a confidential tech client approached Woodalls, they sought to transform their long-standing headquarters in the city into a future-ready workplace one that reflected their collaborative culture, embraced hybrid working, and respected the character of their heritage building.
Woodalls reimagined the space with a balance of modern functionality and architectural integrity, creating flexible work zones, collaborative hubs, and community areas that support creativity and connection. Sustainability was at the heart of every decision, with reused materials, energy-efficient systems, and biophilic design enhancing both environmental performance and employee well-being.
