Balancing privacy with connection, this thoughtfully designed workplace responds directly to the company’s requirement that every individual be housed in a private office, with no open workstations or shared desk areas. The result reimagines the private-office model through the lens of warmth and transparency. Glass-front offices line the perimeter, allowing natural light to reach deep into the floorplate while preserving visual openness. This approach creates a sense of continuity throughout the space, ensuring individual focus does not come at the expense of connection.
Shared huddle zones and informal gathering areas are woven throughout the office, offering moments for collaboration and connection without disrupting the overall rhythm of work. Architectural elements and layered textures soften the formality of the layout, adding depth and visual interest while reinforcing the calm, approachable atmosphere.
At the heart of the office, a custom dining table anchors the communal space and serves as a daily gathering point for the team. Designed to support connection beyond scheduled meetings, this central element reflects the company’s culture of shared values and collective purpose. The surrounding material palette draws subtle inspiration from the organization’s agricultural roots, expressed through muted greens, warm wood tones, and natural finishes.
