At 360 Collins Street in Melbourne, Studio 103 crafted four distinct speculative suites inspired by natural landscapes, seamlessly blending sustainability with a cohesive design intent that appeals to diverse tenants.
At 360 Collins Street, commercial interior designers Studio 103 reimagined Level 17 into four speculative suites; each inspired by the elements of grass, sand, rock, and water, yet united by a single cohesive vision. A neutral base palette and layered textures create a calm foundation, while subtle feature colours bring each natural landscape to life.
The brief from Dexus was clear: deliver market-ready workspaces with their own identity, but a shared design language that appeals to a broad tenant market. The result is a curated collection of suites that feel distinct yet connected.
Sustainability shaped every decision, from specifying certified finishes to selecting products with take-back programs, embedding environmental responsibility into the project’s DNA. Natural daylight is maximised to enhance well-being and reduce energy use, while flexible, efficient layouts support a variety of work styles.
