Confidential Global Technology Company Offices – Bucharest
HTO Architecture & Engineering transformed a 2,000 square-meter workplace project for a global tech company, implementing the new brand book into a spatially immersive architectural experience prioritizing flexibility, collaboration, and comfort.
This 2,000 sqm workplace project marks a significant milestone for a fast-growing global technology company, representing the first office worldwide to implement the company’s new brand book within a built environment. HTO Architecture & Engineering led the concept design, translating the updated global identity into a cohesive and spatially immersive architectural experience.
The project became a testing ground for how the refreshed brand language could evolve beyond graphics and digital platforms into three-dimensional space. Color strategy, material contrasts, environmental graphics, and spatial zoning were carefully orchestrated to ensure that the architectural expression authentically reflects the new visual identity while maintaining functional clarity.
The layout is organized around a central collaborative spine that connects team neighborhoods, meeting suites, and informal social hubs. Rather than relying on a desk-centric configuration, the design prioritizes flexibility and interaction, offering a spectrum of work settings—from focused areas to dynamic collaborative lounges.
Clean geometries and precise detailing articulate the technological character of the brand, while layered lighting, warm textures, and acoustic integrations introduce comfort and balance. Architectural framing elements and subtle ceiling articulations define hierarchy within the open plan without compromising transparency.
As the first global implementation of the new brand book, the Bucharest office establishes a spatial benchmark for future international locations—demonstrating how corporate identity can be translated into architecture with clarity, consistency, and long-term adaptability.
