  • Completed in 2025, this workplace refurbishment continues a long-standing collaboration of more than ten years between HTO Architecture & Engineering and a global professional services firm. The project represents both a spatial transformation and a continuation of an established architectural dialogue developed across multiple phases over the past decade.

Guided by the concept of “Tech & Nature,” the refurbishment reimagines a previously dense and visually heavy office into a bright, fluid, and human-centered environment. The architectural strategy balances technological precision with organic softness: structured planning grids, clean detailing, and integrated infrastructure define the “tech” layer, while biophilic elements, natural textures, and controlled greenery introduce warmth and wellbeing.

The open-plan layout was recalibrated into clearly articulated team neighborhoods, defined through ceiling geometries, acoustic interventions, and subtle material transitions rather than physical partitions. Circulation was simplified to enhance spatial clarity and intuitive orientation, while collaborative hubs and informal lounges act as green anchors within the plan.

A lighter base palette amplifies natural light and visually expands the space, complemented by carefully curated brand-aligned accents. The integration of nature within a rational architectural framework reinforces the duality at the core of the concept—efficiency and humanity, performance and comfort.

Delivered through HTO’s integrated design and execution approach, the project reflects a decade-long continuity of trust and expertise, translating evolving workplace strategies into a cohesive and future-ready architectural environment.
