CBRE Design Collective has designed a workplace that reflects the commitment to innovation, collaboration, and people-first thinking for a Technology company located in Delhi NCR.
The featured space reflects a contemporary corporate workplace designed to support collaboration, comfort, and flexibility. The interiors balance functional work areas with informal social and breakout zones, creating an environment that is both productive and engaging. A strong visual identity, guided by Accenture’s brand-aligned color palette, is integrated seamlessly throughout the design.
Design Intent
The primary intent of the design is to create a dynamic, people-centric workplace that accommodates multiple work modes – collaborative, focused, and social—within a cohesive spatial language. The layout promotes interaction while maintaining clarity between work and informal zones.
Spatial Composition
Collaboration & Lounge Area
A relaxed breakout setting with soft seating is positioned adjacent to a pantry or refreshment counter. The arrangement encourages informal meetings and casual conversations while maintaining visual connectivity with the workspace.
Pantry / Refresh Zone
Designed as an integrated social hub, the pantry features clean-lined cabinetry, a backsplash in light tones, and built-in equipment. The space doubles as a meeting and pause point, reinforcing the idea of the pantry as a social core rather than a purely functional area.
Open Work Area
The open office zone is organized with structured workstations, allowing for teamwork and visibility. Clear circulation paths and consistent lighting ensure ease of movement and visual order.
Color & Material Palette
• A neutral base palette of whites, greys, and light wood tones provides a calm and professional backdrop.
• Accent colors, particularly shades of purple and yellow, are introduced through furniture and soft furnishings, reinforcing brand identity and adding visual energy.
• Upholstered seating, carpeted flooring in work zones, and polished surfaces in common areas create a balance between comfort and durability.
Furniture & Finishes
• Soft lounge chairs with organic forms contrast with the clean, linear workstations, softening the overall aesthetic.
• Lightweight tables and movable seating enhance flexibility and allow easy reconfiguration of spaces.
• Finishes are modern and minimal, supporting a clutter-free and contemporary look.
Lighting Strategy
• Linear ceiling lights in work areas ensure uniform illumination and visual comfort.
• Decorative pendant lighting in lounge zones adds character and helps define informal spaces.
• The lighting design supports both functionality and atmosphere, subtly differentiating zones without physical barriers.
