Rooted in the company’s history, values, and maritime legacy, this Walnut Creek workplace brings its mission and values to life through a thoughtful balance of tradition through forward momentum and celebration of maritime. Managed through an integrated design-build project delivery with BCCI Construction, the process supported close collaboration from concept through execution.
Guided by the concept of Voyage In Motion, the design celebrates the company’s role in connecting people, teams, communities, and places. Warm wood elements, open sightlines, and natural light create an inviting and approachable workplace, while maritime-inspired materials and details express flow, energy, and movement. A history wall, gallery art moments, model ship displays, and meaningful artifacts weave the client’s story throughout the space. The result is a bright, hospitable environment that honors the company’s heritage while supporting collaboration, connection, and the momentum of its work today.
