The office reflects the company’s enduring legacy of building excellence and its commitment to shaping the future. Designed through a close partnership between STG and Kitchell, the workplace balances sophistication and functionality, creating an environment that celebrates craftsmanship, collaboration, and innovation.
The design draws inspiration from Kitchell’s roots in construction and project delivery, translating the precision, structure, and integrity of the built environment into the workplace experience. Architectural forms are intentionally clean and bold, while exposed ceilings, refined industrial details, and a restrained material palette pay homage to the processes and systems that define Kitchell’s work. Monumental wall elements, integrated branding features, and purposeful geometries echo the language of construction, creating a workplace that feels authentic to the company’s identity.
At the center of the office is a vibrant community hub that serves as the social and cultural heart of the workplace. Hospitality-inspired gathering spaces, welcoming lounge environments, and an open café create opportunities for spontaneous interaction and meaningful connection. The layout encourages movement and visibility across departments, fostering collaboration while supporting a strong sense of community and belonging.
Throughout the space, contrasts between warm natural wood tones, textured materials, soft furnishings, and bold architectural moments create a balance between technical precision and human-centered comfort. Flexible collaboration spaces, innovation rooms, and informal meeting areas empower teams to ideate, problem-solve, and connect in ways that reflect the evolving nature of work.
