Fogarty Finger was tasked with helping to re-brand this commercial building on Third Avenue in Midtown East.
The firm closely collaborated with Columbia Trust to design a marketing suite on one of the property’s East River facing tower floors. Appealing to both open-office financial services and office-intensive law firms, the finishes were inspired by Mid-Century club interiors with a fresh twist for an ultimately modern, corporate interior. New state-of-the-art office interiors are coupled with extensive and unique amenity spaces to entice a higher rent clientele to the property.
