ÄKTA Offices – Chicago
Horn Design has created the new offices of digital experience and engagement consultancy ÄKTA located in Chicago, Illinois.
As you exit the elevator cab you are immediately greeted by a collaborative reception area featuring an oversized custom bench, floating glass 2-sided conference rooms, and built-in booth seating. The client’s vision for this area was to expose their process, energy, and culture through a creative atmosphere.
The Cafe and Gaming Area serves as a collaboration and socialization zone for all employees. With a ping pong table, life-size light bright, and gaming area this space offers something for everyone.
Each wing of the open office features an elaborate snack bar which includes a built-in technology bar with views of the Chicago Skyline. The technology bar integrates standing height workstations and swings offering employee variety within their working environment.
