Plan Insurance Offices – Redhill
Office Principles has completed the design for the Plan Insurance Brokers offices located in Redhill, England.
Plan Insurance had outgrown their workplace, and were looking to relocate to new offices in Redhill. They were looking to inspire a younger workforce, and tasked Office Principles with designing a fun and innovative new working environment.
Office Principles took a deep dive into their brand, and fully integrated this within the new office design helping to create a vibrant office environment for their employees. A large part of the office is assigned to a call centre environment. This can be fairly intense for the employees that work here, so color and wall graphics where used in the design to keep employees motivated. Once away from the open plan office areas, Plan Insurance wanted to provide employees with space to relax, and take a break from work, so a social hub was created with a central coffee point. This bespoke unit is a large gathering point where staff can grab a coffee and collaborate with other colleagues.
