Bayma Salt SL Offices – Seville
REONDO. was tasked to bring a contemporary, professional image to the office renovation for Bayma Salt SL in Seville, Spain.
The premises occupy the 11th floor of one of the towers in the Torneo Parque Empresarial complex in Seville, on the outskirts of the city. The interior offers a view between the city and the countryside. With two facades, north and west, sunlight enters diagonally throughout the workday.
Designed to accommodate the corporate headquarters and potentially other companies, creating a flexible workspace, the layout had to allow for independent use of the facilities by different companies. By using the meeting room, rest areas, and office as a connector, a visually permeable and open area is proposed for the main company, which is visible from the entrance, while the rest is distributed into smaller offices. The rest area is oriented towards the north window and revolves around a core housing the company’s servers and other supporting furniture.
The office renovation aims for a timeless image, where oak wood, black paint, and exposed concrete make sense in relation to the corporate colors. Inside the smaller spaces, white acoustic ceilings are projected to control acoustic comfort and ensure adequate natural lighting.
