  • Occupying the top three floors—levels 07, 08, 09—and the striking rooftop, This Hi Tech Client’s offices encompass 12,000 square meters within the new Da Vinci Towers complex, envisioned by Yashar Architects in the vibrant heart of Tel Aviv. Rooted in the company’s core values, the project’s concept revolves around the theme of “Connecting People,” manifesting in diverse spatial arrangements throughout the workplace. Each designated space embodies a distinct core value: Industry Leadership, Team Growth and Happiness Promotion, Customer Focus, and Ambition/Hard Work. These spaces were meticulously crafted with unique design elements to cater to the diverse needs of employees, both spatially and functionally.

    Diverging from typical office aesthetics, the design aims to create a homely atmosphere for the company’s youthful workforce. Natural materials like stone, bamboo, concrete, and wood seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor spaces, fostering a harmonious transition from one to the other. Notably, the ninth floor features a spacious commercial kitchen where all meals are expertly prepared in-house for the company’s staff. Skylights punctuate the ceiling, inviting natural light and facilitating direct circulation to the expansive rooftop, which offers panoramic views of Tel Aviv and various engaging hangout zones. Two elegantly designed staircases further enhance vertical connectivity between floors, promoting fluid movement and interaction among employees.
