NN Pharmaceutical Offices – Sofia
DAarchitects designed the NN Pharmaceutical office in Sofia with special attention to creating inviting fluid spaces, a home-like feeling, and efficient collaboration areas.
The inspiration behind the concept rests on the idea of creating special office with inviting fluid spaces, which also have a proper sense of human scale. The color palette and the materials are specially selected to enhance the home-like feeling. All representative areas aim for a sculptural and clean contemporary outlook. There is a subtle color coding implemented in the treatment of the different areas, in order to highlight additionally the difference in the functionality.
The concept for the new NN Pharmaceutical office in Sofia aims to transform the working pattern of the Bulgarian branch by creating a more efficient environment that stimulates collaboration and teamwork. A proper balance and a good sense of unity help the integration of the company’s diverse features and values, while preserving the flexibility and the flow between focused worked and intense interaction. The office workspace, provides various spaces, full of natural light, cozy and welcoming.
A well-designed workspace must fulfill the needs of all employees, enabling them to exceed with their goals. To achieve this, we provided five basic spatial concepts – Focus Work, Team work, Social Interaction and Knowledge Exchange, Collaboration and Meetings, Reception Area. Distributed evenly throughout the office and alternating along the main circulation path, these zones allow employees to effortlessly transition between different work modes, share experiences and interact with colleagues.
