Partners by Design served as Interior Design Consultant for T3 Bayside, an office development within Hines’ 13-acre master-planned waterfront community in Toronto’s emerging East Bayfront neighborhood. The design celebrates the building’s heavy timber structure while delivering a market-leading tenant experience through thoughtfully curated amenities, a strong focus on occupant wellbeing, and exceptional access to natural light and views — all within a rigorous commitment to minimizing environmental impact. Partners by Design’s scope encompassed FF&E, operating supplies and equipment, and artwork selection, procurement, and installation across the lobby, tenant lounge, amenity space, town hall, rooftop terrace, elevator lobbies, corridors, and bike lockers.
