The brief was to create an inviting and unique speculative suite, that integrates flexibility throughout, to be taken by one large tenant or two smaller tenants. The space has a large reception and waiting zone, with a connected meeting hub, showcasing breathtaking views of the Brisbane River. The Kitchen and Breakout facilities throughout the floor, have a resi-mmercial feel and large lounges, group dining settings and a ping pong table, provide staff with a variety of collaborative, informal meeting and social settings.
